Welcome to the 2017 Richmond Hill Christmas Kettle Campaign web site – your source for Kettle Campaign and volunteer information. The Kettle Campaign is the largest annual fundraising event for the Salvation Army each and every year and we are looking forward to reaching our goal of $150,000. But, we need people – lots of people! On your own as a Kettle Bell Ringer, with your son or daughter, with your work mates, a group of students or even with guitar in hand, please click on the Contact tab above and let us know you would like to play a very important role in making a real difference in the lives of others.
There are people living in poverty within the Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Maple, Oak Ridges area and every donation makes a difference in their lives. We are grateful for the generosity of businesses and fellow community members who contribute to our campaign. We appreciate your continued support, it is because of you we are able to help hundreds of people in our community by restoring dignity and giving hope throughout the year and to help in collecting the funds that stay in our community to help those living in poverty, needing clothing, housing assistance most of all.
There are many ways to help people and families in need this Christmas season.
In addition to playing a very important role in the Kettle Campaign, anyone looking to make a Christmas financial, toy or food donation can contact The Salvation Army at 905-737-0496 or the items can be dropped off at 55 Newkirk Road, Richmond Hill.
